As many of you will know, I am a lover of Take That and Robbie Williams. And, as many of you will also know, I have been absolutely sulking since I failed to get Take That tour tickets.
This means that I refused to watch the documentary about them, scowled in a most unattractive way when anyone mentioned their names, thought about unfollowing EVERYONE who managed to secure tickets, turned off any speakers that played their music and made grumping noises for days and days. Oh yes, that showed them… So, you can imagine my inner turmoil when We Sing Robbie Williams came to live in my house.
I have talked about We Sing and We Sing Encore before. I have also played every singing game that is out there, for every console and WITHOUT A DOUBT the We Sing ones are the best. We Sing Encore is my most favourite singing game of all time (I really AM Bonnie Tyler!), but We Sing Robbie Williams is amazing. It is an ABSOLUTE must for all Robbie fans.
To keep it simple, We Sing Robbie Williams offers…
- 26 (one bonus unlockable single included) iconic and chart topping songs from one of the greatest performers of the modern era, all including videos are included too.
- Locked footage from the famous Knebworth concert.
- A Robbie Williams photo gallery.
- A trio of Robbie Williams Medleys to enjoy.
- Personalised in-game Awards and commentary from Robbie himself!
- Solo, Party and Karaoke modes.
- Singing lessons – learn to sing like a professional.
- Party Mode which includes We Sing, Versus, Group Battle, Pass The Mic, First to X, Marathon, Blind and Expert.
- Karaoke mode – vocals removed for the purists.
- Jukebox – cue up and play your favourite songs and videos.
- Playlist feature – line up your favourite songs and play them in any mode.
- Hear yourself sing - replay your performance and add cool effects to your voice.
- Star Notes – extra points for hitting hard notes.
- Player statistics – get a detailed breakdown of how you sang.
- Easy, Medium or Hard, with short or full length song modes.
- Like the other We Sing games, these are the only singing games featuring four mics and four singers… together!
Playing this game caused me angst. I really really wanted to hate it, to reinforce my finely tuned ability to sulk, yet instead I found myself LOVING the additional features. The footage from Knebworth, the Robbie Williams photo gallery and the in-game Awards and commentary from Robbie himself are genius. I have SingStar Take That and I played it a couple of times before becoming bored because it’s too samey. We Sing Robbie Williams is streets ahead. I especially love that the We Sing makers, Nordic Games, are upping their game every time. They know what gamers want and they are continuing to make top quality singing games. Hats off to Nordic Games.
My lovely friend has already requested that I bring along We Sing Encore and We Sing Robbie Williams to her New Year’s Eve party this year. I am perfecting my Let Me Entertain You in preperation, oh yes I am.
And, who knows, I might even have stopped sulking by then…

Hi Caroline!
I love Robbie Williams too.
I’m going to have to order his “We Sing” now.
Thank you for sharing,
Rob
Yay, a way to fulfil my childhood ambition of being a backing singer. I haven’t tried any of the We Sing products yet but we love the Just Dance games. Must add to my Christmas wish list…
I seriously HAVE to get this…I LOVE Robbie too {and don’t hate me but managed to get tickets for the tour!} one problem I can’t sing a note. But that said…thats where the fun lies isn’t it?
Gah! You changed your blog since I was here last! Thought I had gone somewhere else by mistake. I love Robbie Williams but not enough to sing. This is a good thing. Trust me…
