So, well, you know how I blogged here about the Author Blog Awards 2010 and how I said it all TERRIFIED me? Yes?

Well it appears that over 15,000 people visited the CompletelyNovel site and nominated more than five hundred blogs and microblogs written by authors.

AND it appears that I, somehow, miraculously, amazingly MADE THE SHORTLIST!

There are 28 blogs on the shortlist and part of me very much wants to hide away from this, because it is a popularity contest and I very much feel like I’m back in the playground, with my head down and that sinking feeling in my tummy, waiting to be picked by the popular guys to join their team, but knowing that I’m really pants at sport and the chances are I’ll be left to last…

Let’s face it, I really really NEED YOUR VOTES.
